Shipping and TAT:

TAT is currently 10-15 Business day and is subject to change. TAT does not include weekends or holiday. Shipping time is not included in TAT. Shipping is $3.99 flat rate.

Returns:

We do not accept returns or exchanges for customer error. If there is an issue with your item please reach out to alib@burklowsbowtique.com and we will work together on a case by case basis. All item shipped back to the business is the responsibility of the customer.

USPS:

Once package is shipped, leaves my possession, I have no control over it. Burklow’s Bowtique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages

REPS:

AS A REP YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE TIME FRAME AND TERMS. IN THE EVENT THAT YOU CHOOSE TO STEP DOWN AS A REP, PRIOR TO YOUR TERM'S END, ALL OPEN ORDERS WILL BE REFUNDED WITH A 25% RESTOCKING FEE NO EXCEPTIONS
